Furthering the Foundation’s recently expanded mission, we are excited to announce a grant in support of the Circle Support Groups at Joanna’s Place. Joanna’s Place was founded in loving memory of Joanna Mullin and is working to provide continued support to families who are suffering a significant loss or change. Joanna’s Place offers services to families for free so that everyone has access to the help they need, when they need it most. When notified of the grant, Maria Trozzi, Executive Director of Joanna’s Place commented, “Joanna’s Place is committed to promoting resilience in children and families in the South Shore facing some of life’s most stressful events. We will be forever grateful to the Haley Cremer Foundation for their generous grant; it will enable us to effectively identify families at risk and introduce them to our program services; Haley’s bright, generous spirit lives in serving each and every family we support!”
