Haley Cremer Foundation a TREMENDOUS SUCCESS!!

Second Annual Haley Cremer Foundation Golf Tournament

We extend our sincere thanks to all golfers, sponsors, volunteers, luncheon guests, and our friends at Brookmeadow Country Club for making our 2016 golf tournament a GREAT event.

Congratulations to the 2016 Tournament winners!

The Year In Review

Over the course of the past year, we have put the Foundation’s mission statement into action by establishing:

  • The Haley Cremer Memorial Awards at Simmons College

  • Clinical Internship & Professional Conference and Presentation

  • The Haley Cremer Foundation Memorial Scholarship at Sharon High School

The Foundation funded two Professional Conference Awards to students at Simmons College as well as provided financial assistance to a Simmons College graduate for the physical therapy boards and first year licensure. Additionally, the first scholarship was given to a 2016 Sharon High School graduate heading to college. Lastly, the Foundation made a $5000 donation to Boston Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Our fundraising events thus far include two golf tournaments and the “Rock the Room” event held at the House of Blues Boston in May.

Through the generosity of our supporters, the Foundation has raised over $100,000 to date!!!

Looking Ahead…

Two clinical award applications from Simmons College students are currently being evaluated and we expect to see additional applications when the fall semester gets underway.

Haley Cremer Foundation & Ivie’s Gang will be walking in the 2016 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk, Sunday October 2nd at the DCR Hatch Shell. We hope you will join us.

The Board is considering expanding the Foundation’s mission to include funding for trauma counseling for victims and families of violent crimes.

The Haley Cremer Foundation is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit corporation.
